Is unflagdomain Legit? What to Check Before You Pay

unflagdomain Team·UPDATED October 13, 2026

unflagdomain is a service of HUBtech s. r. o., a limited company in the Slovak Business Register since April 2025. You pay through Stripe Checkout, so your card details go to Stripe, not to us. The price is €49 once per domain, refunded automatically if the re-scan right after payment finds no vendor flagging you. What we guarantee is that your removal requests go out within 48 hours. Nobody can guarantee what a security vendor decides, and we don't claim to. Each of these points can be checked before you pay, and this page shows you where.

TL;DR: Check four things before paying any blacklist removal service: a registered company you can look up, a payment page run by a known processor, a written refund rule, and a promise limited to what the service controls. For unflagdomain those are the HUBtech s. r. o. register extract, Stripe Checkout, the refund policy, and dispatch within 48 hours rather than guaranteed delisting.

Who runs unflagdomain?

HUBtech s. r. o. runs it: a Slovak limited company registered at Okresný súd Košice I, company ID (IČO) 56 882 815, registered office at Werferova 3782/6, 040 11 Košice. The public register extract on orsr.sk shows the registration date and the company's details. Our about page lists the tax and VAT IDs and the contact addresses, and the footer of every page carries the same company details.

That is the first thing to check with any service that asks for money to fix a security problem. A name, an address and a register number you can look up mean there is someone accountable for the payment.

How does the payment work?

You enter your email and a short description of how the site was cleaned, then you go to a payment page hosted by Stripe. Your card number is typed into Stripe's page and goes to Stripe; it never reaches our servers (Stripe Checkout). There is no subscription and no account to create before paying. After payment you get a sign-in link to your dashboard, where your invoices are too.

What do you get for €49?

The scan comes first and costs nothing, so you see which vendors flag your domain before you decide. If you pay:

  • A fresh re-scan right after payment. The requests go out against current results, not a scan from last week.
  • A plain-text removal request to each flagging vendor that takes email, written separately for each one, with your own address as Reply-To. Vendors answer you directly; we never see or store their replies.
  • Ready-to-paste text and a step-by-step guide for the vendors that only take a web form, and for Google Safe Browsing, whose review you submit yourself in Search Console. Google offers no API for that review, so no service can file it for you automatically.
  • A dashboard with real counts: sent, bounced and delayed, not a progress bar.
  • Re-checks after dispatch. We scan the domain again on the following days and email you when vendors have cleared it.

What does unflagdomain not promise?

Delisting, and any timeline. Each security vendor reviews a request on its own schedule and decides by itself. Google's own help says a Safe Browsing review takes "a few days to a few weeks" (Google Search Console Help), and other vendors give no figure at all. Any service that promises removal by a date is promising someone else's decision.

We also don't clean malware or check that your site is clean. The site has to be clean before the requests go out, because vendors look at it again when they review.

unflagdomain guarantees dispatch, not delisting: a correctly written removal request goes to every flagging vendor that accepts one by email, within 48 hours of payment. Whether and when a vendor removes the listing is that vendor's decision.

When do you get your money back?

The refund policy sets it out. In short:

  • Automatically, without asking, if the re-scan after payment finds no vendor flagging your domain, if every vendor flagging it is one we cannot contact at all, or if you paid twice for the same domain.
  • On request, if a problem on our side means your requests can't go out within 48 hours (up to 14 days after payment).
  • Not because a vendor declined to delist you or took a long time to answer. That decision isn't ours, so we don't sell it.

If you buy as a consumer in the EU, your statutory right of withdrawal applies as described in the same policy.

What have customers said?

Two customers let us quote them in their own words, about their own orders:

// FROM A CUSTOMER
“About a dozen security vendors were flagging my personal domain, and I had been contacting them one by one. UnflagDomain handled all the removal requests in one go, and three days later none of them flagged it any more.”
— Morten, Norwaypaid dispatch, October 2026
// FROM A CUSTOMER
“ESET flagged our client's website even though it had never been hacked. I wasn't sure whether I could trust an online service with this, but I decided to give it a try. Two weeks later, all 12 vendors that had flagged the site, including ESET, had cleared it.”
— Ervin, owner of a digital marketing agency, Hungarypaid dispatch, August 2026

The agency order is written up step by step in the case study. Reviews from anyone else are on our Trustpilot page, which we don't control.

Red flags in any blacklist removal service

Whether you use us, another service or nobody, these are worth a second look:

  • Guaranteed delisting, or a removal date. No service controls a vendor's decision.
  • A request for your hosting, CMS or Search Console password from a service that only sends removal requests. Writing a request needs a description of the cleanup, not your login.
  • No company behind it. No register number, no address, no legal name on the payment page.
  • Payment before you see the flags. You should know which vendors list you, and how many, before you pay anyone.
  • One template sent to every vendor. Identical messages to many inboxes look like spam to the filters that read them.

Doing it yourself is a fair choice too, especially for one or two vendors. Our comparison of DIY and paid removal and the free vendor guides cover that route.
