To delist a website from a security blacklist you file a per-vendor request: each security vendor keeps its own reputation database, and an entry only clears when that vendor re-checks the URL and updates it. There is no central registry and no single form to file. The site must be clean at the moment of the re-check, since vendors re-scan the live URL as part of reviewing the request. Clean the site (or confirm a false positive)
If it was hacked, remove the injected content and harden logins before asking for a re-check. If it's clean, you're dealing with a false positive — note that for the request.
Submit a removal request to each vendor
Every vendor has its own form, email, or review. Google is a manual review in Search Console; antivirus vendors use dispute forms or email addresses.
Wait for the re-scan
Once a proper request lands, each vendor re-checks on its own schedule. In our re-checks, most listings were gone three days after the requests went out (how long it takes). Timelines are the vendor's call — nobody can guarantee a date.

How to get delisted from each major vendor
Each vendor keeps its own list, so each one gets its own request. This table shows where that request goes for the vendors people ask about most, and what it needs to say.

Delisting is done vendor by vendor. Scan the domain to see which security vendors list it, make sure the site is clean, then send each vendor a removal request through its own form, email address or console. An entry clears when that vendor re-checks the URL. There is no central list and no single delist form.
No, and you should be wary of anyone who promises that. We guarantee we email every vendor flagging you with a properly-formatted removal request, and, if it bounces, resend to another working contact if one exists. Whether and when to actually delist is each vendor's own decision, made on its own schedule.
Each vendor reviews on its own schedule once a correct request reaches it; in our re-checks, most listings were gone three days after the requests went out. Google's help says its Safe Browsing review can take from a few days to a few weeks after you request it in Search Console. Doing nothing is slower — many vendors only re-scan when asked.
